Booster meetings are cancelled until further notice, at the request of the school administration. This includes the special meeting that had been called for June 14.
The Band is seeking the following donations.
A senior parent is needed to coordinate the party Thursday evening, 8:00 pm to 12:30 am. Duties include music, food, clean-up, and approving helpers with Mr. Finch.
Please keep yourself up-to-date on when summer practices and rehearsals are by viewing the calendar often.

Kathy will be sizing kids for shoes, bibbers, etc.
They also sell gloves, drum sticks, practice flags, etc...
Rookie week was awesome! If you didn't get to come and still want to be a part of the band, please contact Mr. Finch. This is going to be a great season. And you can still participate.
For any student (band, guard, or percussion) that has not turned in the medical form, you must do so before band camp. Mr. Finch will not be able to accept those after June 15. Please make sure you meet this deadline!
July 10-15, 2016
Report to Lucille Clement Hall on the ETSU Campus starting at 7:00 pm. (Please don't check in before this time, as our chaperons will be setting up the registration desk and getting their duties completed.)
Once you enter the main doors, check in first with at our band table. Second, go to the RA window for your room key. (Lost keys are $50; please don't lose yours.)
All students will need to be in the main lobby for the Sunday evening meeting with Mr. Finch @ 8:00 pm.

The student leaders have decided on the themes for each day of the week. Remember to plan accordingly, you must balance your physical needs (It gets hot. You'll need to be able to hold and work your equipment, horns, drums, etc...) with your participation in these spirit activities.
Monday - Twin Day / Favorite Animal Day
(Dress alike, talk alike, wear an elephant on your head...)
Tuesday - Super Hero / Character Day
(marvel, DC, Disney, whatever inspires you...)
Wednesday - Fandom Day
(bands, sports, celebrities...)
Thursday - Class Color Day
(freshmen-pink, sophomores-lime green, juniors-black,
Friday - Spirit Day
(band theme shirt and khakis / you will receive your shirt
during the week of band camp)
Every evening the band president will count which class has the most spirit and award them accordingly.
Band Dues are due July 10, the first day of Camp. The cost per student is $250. To make payment arrangements or for any questions regarding the dues, please contact Mr. Finch.
Also, any person wanting to help pay all or a portion for someone else can let Mr. Finch know as well.
